Tai Chi
Location: Calusa Bay Fitness Center or Tennis Courts
Time: 11am to 12pm
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, and accomplished by deep breathing. No charge. 
Space is limited to 10 people. Please sign up on clipboard in the fitness center.
