Group Fitness workouts for men and women using a variety of instructional videos that cover aerobics, strength training, and power walking. Also enjoy conversation on an array of topics. All are welcome.

A fun dominoes game, easy to learn, beginners are welcome! Please bring 16 quarters ($4) for fun betting. We play 6-7 people at a table. Please arrive promptly for 1:00 start.
